NLDS 2007 !!

National Leadership Development Conference -2007

AIESEC in Jaipur will play host to the National Leadership Development Conference in the year2007. This convention will bring together more than 400 young leaders from 15 cities in India. NLDS 2007 aims to create a platform for AIESEC members, to come together share there ideas and views, along with discussions and activities, directed towards identifying the challenges that the future holds for us, and our roles as Change Agents.

Sharing a symbiotic interest in the future, our common objective from the event is
To induct new recruited members as an upcoming Leader of our activities and subsequent future planning.

The conference would witness the induction of the new AIESEC in India
National Committee

We hope to impact Local Committees within AIESEC and identify how AIESEC, a consortium of prospective change agents with the requisite support and backing, can take responsibility of the future and thus change the lives of the people who are a part of this process.

AIESEC in Jaipur through NLDS 2007 will aim at providing companies with business enterprise benefits and access to a multicultural environment.As an organization, we hope to present to companies the opportunities that exist through our Global Network with the objective of building long-standing, mutually beneficial partnerships.

NLDS 2007 would be an opportunity for companies to build their brand and allow them to connect with the leaders of tomorrow .It will provide ‘Window to the Youth’, a leverage with which they will be able to spread the positive influence of their company. Special spaces will be created in the formal & informal agenda, to enhance constructive interaction time.
